Package savings compare included labor with the $200/hour additional labor rate. Hosting, domains, software subscriptions, advertising spend, and other purchased services are separate costs. Larger requests are estimated before work starts. Additional hours and direct costs need your approval.

What can I use my hours for?
Any work within Prodigy’s capabilities: websites and updates, technical support, troubleshooting, business email setup, automations, integrations, advertising management, custom development, and other technical work. All work draws from the same account allowance across your projects.
What happens when I use my included hours?
We request your approval before doing additional labor. Approved additional time is $200/hour on every package and is itemized separately from the monthly fee.
Are hosting, domains, software, and advertising included?
Those purchased services are direct costs billed separately. Advertising management uses your labor allowance; advertising spend is a separate cost. We obtain approval for direct costs before incurring them.
Will my whole project fit within the package?
That depends on the scope. We estimate larger requests before starting. A package reserves a block of labor; it does not promise unlimited work or completion of every request within that block.
Do hours roll over? How do changes and cancellation work?
Rollover, cancellation, proration, and minimum-term conditions must be confirmed in your service agreement before paid enrollment. No new policy is assumed here. Request changes or cancellation in your workspace for review under your agreement.
Does this replace my existing agreement?
No. Existing customer agreements and subscriptions remain in place. Prodigy will review and agree on any change with you.
How do you calculate the package savings?
At $200/hour, 2 hours would cost $400, 5 hours $1,000, and 10 hours $2,000. Basic saves 12.5%, Standard saves 20%, and Premium saves 25% on those included hours. Direct costs are separate.
