Who we are

Prodigy Tech Solutions helps businesses with websites, ongoing care, and focused growth. Contact us at team@prodigytechsolutions.com.

What we collect

Through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms: full name, email address, phone number, company name, and which service you want (website, ads, both, or not sure). These leads come to us from Meta so we can contact you about your request.

Through our website contact forms (on the home page and /contact/): your name, email, optional phone, business or site name, optional specific service, optional interest (Build, Operate, Grow, or Admin Desk), and your message. These are sent to us by email via FormSubmit.

We also use Google Fonts (which may load from Google's servers) and a first-party script that records basic site interactions (page views, clicks, scrolls, form starts and submits). That script stores a session ID in your browser's session storage and sends the events to our own service at hub-production-6821.up.railway.app. We do not load Google Analytics, a Meta Pixel, or other third-party analytics on this site.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your inquiry, deliver the services you ask for, and measure how our ads and site are working. Meta lead form data is used only to contact you about the request you submitted.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate: FormSubmit (to deliver form emails), Google (for fonts), and our Railway-hosted hub (for the site interaction events). Leads that come from Meta ads are received through Meta. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as we need it to respond, deliver services, and keep basic records, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Email team@prodigytechsolutions.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we have about you.

Children

Our site and services are not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
